Medflow Agents is a brand of Vidahub Products offering managed AI intake, referral tracking, and scheduling automation services for healthcare operators, including home health agencies, assisted living facilities, and urgent care clinics.

2. Our Services Are Paid, Managed Services

We offer discovery calls and educational resources free of charge. However, our AI systems and managed services are paid B2B services governed by signed service agreements. No client relationship is established until a signed agreement is executed.

3. Use of This Website

By using this website, you agree to:

• Not submit Protected Health Information (PHI) through public web forms

For established clients, PHI is handled only through secure, HIPAA-compliant channels governed by Business Associate Agreements (BAA). This website and its forms are not HIPAA-compliant channels for PHI transmission.
